The MetaShare app can be displayed in the user’s Microsoft 365’s app launcher<\/a>, among all other Microsoft 365 application:

A prerequisite is that the users first must have been given access to MetaShare, by assigning them a MetaShare role in Azure<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pinning the MetaShare app to the App launcher can be done by an administrator, for all users, or individually, per user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pin MetaShare for all users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An administrator can pin the MetaShare app for all the users in a Microsoft 365 tenant by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to “Azure portal<\/a>“.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the “Microsoft Entra ID<\/a>” Azure Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. On the left navigation pane, select “Enterprise applications<\/a>“:

  4. Select “App launchers<\/a>“:
    \"App<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select “Settings<\/a>“:
    \"App<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In the “Microsoft 365 Settings” section, click on the “Add application” link:

  7. Search for MetaShare, select it and then click on the “Add” button:

    Individually pin the MetaShare app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you instead want your users to pin the app, they need to follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on Microsoft 365’s “App launcher” and then on the “All apps” link:
