When a workspace is created it is configured with all the settings defined in the selected workspace configuration. As an end-user, it is however not possible to change an existing workspace’s configuration. If you want to change the configuration of an existing workspace, there are two ways to do it:
Method 1 – Create a new site
The easiest way to change the configuration of a workspace, without having to contact MetaShare support is to:
- Create a new workspace, using the “right” configuration.
- Move documents from the old workspace to the new one.
- Delete the old workspace.
